TC type pressure vessel type water decontamination device is mainly used for water temperature above the standard boiling point of the pipeline water circulation system, but also can be used for common pipeline water circulation system. Circulating water flows through it after filtration is still all through, the impurities in the water are blocked and can be selected to take three different ways for artificial effective removal.
1. TC type pressure vessel type water decontamination device because it can and allows the treatment of water temperature above the standard boiling point conditions, it must first meet the safety standards of the pressure vessel and not the general atmospheric pressure vessel, but must be a product with a production license. Therefore, in the water temperature above the standard boiling point of the pipeline water circulation system must or can only be used with the pressure vessel production license of professional manufacturers made of the type of water decontamination device. However, if it is only used when the water temperature is below the standard boiling point, it is not necessary to use the products of the nature of the certified pressure vessel, just choose the products of the nature of the unlicensed atmospheric pressure vessel, so as to avoid waste of resources. Therefore, the type of water decontamination device can be properly selected according to the water temperature of the treatment condition of the above two properties of the product.
2. The shell (1) of the typical pressure vessel structure and style is divided into two layers by the middle plate (3), the upper layer is the clean water channel, the lower layer is the sewage channel. Three
kinds of water filtration elements are arranged on different water channel positions: upper filter plate (4), filter tank (5), and lower filter plate (8) at the same time to filter the incoming sewage. This three-dimensional combination filtration structure makes full use of the inner space of the shell (1). In this relatively limited space, the maximum effective water filtration area can reach more than 5 times the cross-sectional area of the import and export pipe. In order to obtain the filtered water impurities < 1.3mm, the water resistance of the rated working condition is only 0.002Mpa≈0.2m. Compared with similar traditional products, the water resistance in the same working condition is 0.01 ~ 0.02Mpa≈1 ~ 2m reduced by 5 ~ 10 times, and the impurities in the water < 1.3mm can also be reduced by 0.21mm compared with the traditional about 1.51mm, which optimized to meet the smooth demand that the water channel with about 2 ~ 3mm gap in most plate heat exchangers is not easy to block. It can ensure its long-lasting heat exchange performance.
3. High cleanliness of water filtration and low water resistance, both power saving -- 300m3/h water treatment if 1m water resistance is equal to one degree of real electricity; And safety -- to ensure that the water circulation is smooth to exclude the pump cavitation accident is indeed valuable, but the effective cleaning resistance reduction is the life door of any water decontamination device. For this reason, the equipment has three kinds of decontamination methods: first, discharge water and sewage; Second open cover manual cleaning; Its three open skylight water backwash. These three effective cleaning methods with full coverage can be foolproof and ensure the long-term effective operation of the equipment.
4. Share a 1.6 or 2.5Mpa, 0.25 precision pressure gauge can detect the pressure difference at both ends respectively. When the measured pressure difference reaches 0.015Mpa ≈ 1.5m, it must be preferred to drain water and reduce resistance. Its operating procedure: first shut down the circulating water pump, and then close the inlet valve, the two must not be inverted, otherwise it will artificially cause "water hammer" damage to the equipment. Then open the water pump to the pipeline after the water outlet water, and then open the quick valve after the sewage outlet (9) water discharge 2 ~ 3 times, each time 1 ~ 2 minutes. Before resuming operation, it is necessary to first open the inlet valve, and at the same time inject water from the supplement pump, and only after exhaust operation can the circulating pump be opened. After normal operation, it is necessary to check whether the pressure difference drops to confirm whether the sewage is effective.
5. If the body encountered special impurities resulting in the above drainage method does not work, it is necessary to stop the circulation pump and water pump, and then close the valves at both ends, open the sewage outlet to basically drain the housing memory water, and then open the bin cover (10) to implement manual cleaning. At the same time, it can also open the skylight (6) and porthole (6-1) with hose access to tap water to wash the back of the three filter elements in the filter net, almost leaving no blocked dead corners. However, it should also be remembered that before resuming operation, both ends of the valve must be opened first and then filled with water and drained before the circulation
pump can be opened to run. In addition, if the circulating pump is temporarily drained by opening the bypass pipe during the operation, the water outlet valve must be closed at the beginning before the water inlet valve can be closed, and the water outlet valve can be opened after the completion of the water inlet valve must be opened first, and the water inlet valve can be opened and the water injection can be replenished and the bypass valve can be slowly closed after the normal operation.
6. It is recommended that before the formal operation every year or the first cold water test cycle of the new and maintenance pipe network, the size of the pipe network can be seen. When the cold water circulation is 8 to 24 hours, the above pressure difference is detected according to the above. If the pressure difference rises or exceeds the value, the above three ways can be selected as needed to implement the cleaning operation.
